Kwasi Kwarteng
Kwasi Kwarteng (*1975) is a British politician of the Conservative Party. He was Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (2021-22) and briefly Chancellor of the Exchequer under Liz Truss (2022). Since 2025 he has been Global Chief Strategist at Gunster Strategies Worldwide. As an author, he deals with economic and colonial history, for example in «Ghosts of Empire» (2011) and «War & Gold» (2014).
