Gerald P. O’Driscoll
Gerald P. O’Driscoll Jr. (*1947) is an American economist and Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute. He was Vice President and Economic Advisor at the Dallas Fed, Director of the Center for International Trade and Economics at the Heritage Foundation and Policy Director at Citigroup. O’Driscoll is co-editor of the “Index of Economic Freedom” (Wall Street Journal/Heritage Foundation) and co-author of “The Economics of Time and Ignorance” (1985).
