Ulrich Weisser
Ulrich Weisser (*1938-†2013) was a German Vice Admiral and long-time Director of Plans & Policy at the Ministry of Defense and NATO advisor. He was group leader in the Federal Chancellery under Helmut Schmidt and Helmut Kohl. Even after his retirement, he was active as an author and publicist and received several awards, including the Cross of Merit 1st Class.
