Tom Ginsburg
Tom Ginsburg (*1967) is an American legal and political scientist and teaches as Leo Spitz Distinguished Service Professor at the University of Chicago. He is a co-founder of the Comparative Constitutions Project and a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. His most important works include «How to Save a Constitutional Democracy» (2018, with Aziz Z. Huq), «The Endurance of National Constitutions» (2009) and «Democracies and International Law» (2021).
