Thomas J. Jordan
Thomas J. Jordan (*1963) is a Swiss economist and was Chairman of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank from 2012 to 2024. He served on the Board of the Bank for International Settlements and headed the Central Bank Counterfeit Deterrence Group. In his habilitation, he anticipated the risks of the EU debt crisis; he is also an honorary professor at the University of Bern.
