Rolf Soiron
Rolf Soiron (*1945) is a Swiss industrial manager and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holcim, Lonza and Nobel Biocare. He was a member of the Basel Grand Council and chaired the Basel University Council (1994-2005). Soiron was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Avenir Suisse and a member of the Executive Committee of economiesuisse. He was a member of the Council of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) until 2017 and has received several awards for his social commitment.
