Peter A. Fischer
Peter A. Fischer (*1966) is a Swiss economist and Chief Economist at the NZZ. He was previously China correspondent and head of the economics department. He has been head of NZZ PRO Global since 2021 and regularly comments on monetary, European and geo-economics. He is a frequent participant at the World Economic Forum in Davos and author of economic policy essays.
