Margaret L. Greene
Margaret L. Greene was a US central banker and first Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (1977). She served as Deputy Manager for Foreign Operations at the FOMC and wrote numerous reports on foreign exchange markets. She is best known for her classic study “Waiting Time: A Factor in Export Demand for Manufactures” (1975).
