Madeleine Sumption
Madeleine Sumption is a British political scientist and Director of the Migration Observatory at the University of Oxford. She has been Deputy Chair of the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) and Chair of the Advisory Panel on Migration Statistics since 2025. Her focus is on labor migration, Brexit consequences and integration policy. In 2018, she was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to social science.
