Kirsten Westphal
Kirsten Westphal is a German political scientist and Senior Analyst for International Energy Relations at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik in Berlin. She advises the German Bundestag and EU institutions on issues of energy security, hydrogen strategies and raw materials policy. Westphal is co-head of the Federal Foreign Office’s Global Hydrogen Diplomacy Task Force.
