Horace Brock
Horace “Woody” Brock is an American economist and president of the think tank Strategic Economic Decisions (SED). He is known for his work on the Economics of Uncertainty and the theory of rational beliefs, which further develop classic models of market efficiency. He published the book “American Gridlock” (2012) and regularly appears on television as a critic of short-term fiscal policy.
